Prior to retirement in 1982 I was a Trooper at Middletown and became well acquainted with Bill. He was a very hard worker, always on the go with some new project. Having had some prior experience with construction I enjoyed conversing with Bill and offering suggestions. He was a great asset to the organization and I mourn his passing. Well done Bill; rest in peace!
