Catherine Dolloway Obituary

Walden, NY

Catherine A. Dolloway of Walden, NY, a homemaker and former seamstress for Lily of France, Newburgh, NY, died Thursday, July 24, 2008 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus, Middletown. She was 92.

The daughter of George and Catherine Meore, she was born June 7, 1916 in Washingtonville, NY. She was the wife of the late Michael Wutch and Stewart Dolloway.

She is survived by four sons: Richard Wutch and his wife, Barbara of Walden, Michael Wutch of Massachusetts, John Wutch and his wife, Sharon of Boise, ID, and Thomas Wutch and his wife, Karen of Walker Valley, NY; grandchildren: Stacey, Janine, Christine, Jennifer, Kevin, Kendra, Brian, Michael, and Naomi; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara Clark and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26, from 2-5 p.m. at Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Cremation will be in Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh.

Arrangements were by the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, Inc., 845-778-3811.

I have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Kitty coming out to Grandma Josephine's farm in Michigan. I have missed her for years. May she be at peace in Heaven with all her siblings. Aunt Kitty was wonderful and touched so many lives near and far.
