I'll always remember Shirley as a lively and spunky lady! She used to come by the office, riding shotgut in Dr. Dave's vet truck, to pickup supplies. She could run circles around folks 1/2 her age! She will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Shirley's passing. She was a bundle of fun & funny energy-loved by all animals & all people who came in contact with her. Many times she was the voice on the phone when we had to call Dr. Dave.

To all of Shirley's family: Especially Dr. Dave, There is little I can say to ease the pain you are going through with the loss of Shirley. She will be missed by many, many people and by all the dogs she gave so many treats to over the years. It has been a pleasure to get to know Shirley over the last 8 or 9 years. She was truly a wonderful and giving lady.

So many of my childhood memories include Shirley, she truely shaped the person I am today. A few years back two of Shirleys former students (Bromwyn and Sheerie) and myself stood ringside watching our children in the show ring, and we laughed as we shared so many warm memories about our youth and horse showing. All made possible because of Shirley. She was a selfless person who gave her all. She was genuinely loved! Dave and Kat, please know my thoughts and prayers are with.
