Robert Snow Obituary

Warwick, NY

Robert E. Snow, of Warwick, passed away on August 3, 2008. He was 65 years old.

Born on June 5, 1943 in Pleasantville, NY, he was the son of the late Alexander and Mary See Snow.

He was married to Kathryn (nee Ruis) Snow.

Mr. Snow served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a retired Carpenter with the New York City Transit Authority.

A family statement reads: "He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed dearly".

He is survived by his wife, Kathryn; a son, Mark Henson and his wife, Christina of Kerhonkson; a daughter, Laurie Frank and her husband, John of Warwick; three grandchildren: Carissa Henson, Stacy Henson and John Frank; a sister, Doris McClellan of California; a brother, James Snow of Manahawkin, NJ; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 6, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 7 at the funeral home. Private cremation.
