Robert Moore Obituary
Robert Moore, a longtime area resident and retired employee of the Cache Office in Liberty, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris. He was 64.
The son of the late Robert Manley and Effie Ruth Thomas, he was born October 7, 1943 in North Carolina.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce McClarin of Queens; a son, Robert Moore Jr. of Queens; a daughter, Sheila Moore of Monticello; his companion and lifetime love, Louise Anderson of Liberty; a stepson, Jamie Anderson of Liberty; a brother, Henry Moore of Brooklyn; an aunt, Eva Carter of North Carolina; an uncle, Roy Moore of Liberty; five grandchildren: Sophia White, Ebony DuBose, Donavan DuBose, Robert Anthony Moore and Tatiana Moore, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St., Liberty, NY, on Wednesday September 10, from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Edward Miller officiating. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.
