Joseph M. Marsala, age 61, of, Goshen NY, died Sunday, September 28, 2008 at Orange Regional Medical Center-Arden Hill Campus, Goshen, NY.

Mr. Marsala was born June 12, 1947 in New York, NY, the son of the late Colegero and Carmela (Tornabene) Marsala. He was married to Margaret Thompson-Marsala.

He was employed by Downtown Associates, New York, NY as an Architect.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Thompson-Marsala at home; two sons, Joseph A. Marsala of Westtown, NY and Michael S. Marsala of Goshen, NY; 33 step-grandchildren and one step great grandchild.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 3, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Prayer Service will immediately follow visitation at 11 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Internment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Goshen.

A donation in Joseph's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
