Eunice Squires Obituary

Chipley, FL

Mrs. Eunice Squires died Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, FL. She was 79.

Mrs. Squires was born May 28, 1929, the daughter of the late Charlie William Long and Ollie Henson Long.

Survivors include: sons, Charlie Squires and his wife, Marilyn of the State New York and Harry Squires; brothers, Curtis Long and his wife, Norma Jean, Hubert Long, Marvin Long and his wife, Irene; sisters, Lucille Whittaker, Ann Long, Nell Eubanks; sisters-in-laws, Hettie Wells, Christine, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Long, Yul Long, Dayton Long; sisters, Cora Lee Chambers, and Perri B. Long.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Doug Seale officiating. Burial followed in Webb Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Ward Wilson Funeral Home.
