Thomas Patrick Loonie...I don't know where to begin..From the moment I met you, you were the most caring and selfless person I've ever known. Always genuine and sincere, never selfish or greedy. You would give a stranger your last penny. Not a single day will pass without a thought of you. To one of the most amazing young men I've ever had the privelage of knowing, Tom I love you and will forever miss you. May you find peace as you watch over all of those who loved you dearly. *10/12/08* xoxo

I knew Tom from GWMS and RHS, we were in the same grade and some of the same classes. Although he and I didnt personally know eachother he was actually nice to me, where alot of other kids were not.
I remember one time one of my supposed friends called me a horrible derogatory name and he was around when it had happened. He came up to me and expressed how sorry he was that someone could say anything like that. His kind words made me feel better. He was a good kid as well as very funny!
Im so sorry for the tragic loss.
May he rest in peace.
Thanks

It is so tragic when a life so full of promise and happiness is cut short. My deepest sympathies are with you all, and you are in my thoughts and prayers. In time, we will remember all the greatness Tom brought into our lives, and all that he taught us about living life to the fullest and about ourselves also.

I am very sad to hear the news about Tom's death. Tom and I had been good friends since high school and he was someone that I always had a very soft spot for. We shared many good memories and always remained friends. He had a very good heart and was always trying to do the right thing. He had a special place in my heart when he was alive and will continue to have a special place in my heart now that he has passed. I take peace in knowing that the last time I saw Tom was when we were commuting into NYC together for our jobs. He was happy and doing well and filled with ambition and hope for the future. I take peace in this being my final memory of him. I will miss you Tom, God Bless.
