A good person are not those who do a good deed occasionally, but do a good deed, one after another, and Bill truley was a good man. I am sad that he is gone but so happy that he was a part of our lives.
I will never forget how he could make your day into a happy one if you were down, with his laughter & jokes. One that stands out in my memories of Bill is,
One morning going up to open Sam's Point and nobody around, putting the key in the door and walking in and there was Bill, crouched down in front of the tee shirt rack, jumped out grabbed my leg and scared the out of me, I still look to being scared or startled when opening, just so quiet now. Bill always had good deeds, whether it be a ride home, a hike to Indian rock and look at the clouds, we made a game of figuring out what they were shaped like. Blueberry picking or just being there to talk to, I miss hearring "HEY TER" he never did call me by Terri but Ter, he will never be forgotten!! Everytime I see Sponge Bob I have to laugh as he would say, going over to the house, I will be back, but really he was going to watch sponge bob cartoon, LOL.
Sweet Dreams my sweet friend.

We've known Bill for a lot of years and only ran into him a few years back where we talked about some of the good old times. He was a great guy that was never out to hurt anyone. He will be greatly missed by a lot of people and our hearts and prayers go out to his family. God bless you Bill and your family.

I nicknamed Bill "Bungalow Bill" soon after I asked him to come share my Meadow lakes bungalow in 1970. He was working at circleville gas station & living in his vw bug. i've always loved Bill & always felt he was like a brother to me & my brother Russell. I have way too many adventures & good times to list over our close to 4o year friendship. His smile was magnetic and our friendship is eternal.I've accumulated many pictures of bill over the years that i will share. I'll miss him forever.

My deepest sympathy for Billy's family, I remember Bill from High School and although I have not seen hime sence, I often think about the gang and Billy's VW. we had a lot of good times in that car, scraping up money to put in the gastank so that we could all just cruise around. God Bless you Bill, and Your family.

I will never forget all the good times we all shared hanging out in Bloomingburg when we were all young and care free, especially the Buick Riveria, with Uriah heap blasting on the 8 track. Rest in peace sweet William!

To the Whole Marsh Family,
Words cannot express the sorrow I feel in your loss of your brother. Billy was a sweet man, always had a smile to share. Although he was too young to leave us, May he rest peacefully in Gods' right hand and watch over us all.
With love and concern, Marian
