Richard McMillian Obituary

Newburgh - Richard McMillian died on Thursday, October 18, 2007 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh Campus. He was 51 years old. Born in Cornwall on February 23, 1956 he was the son of Virginia Curry and the late William McMillian. Richard was a laborer at Penny's Handbag in Newburgh. Survivors include his loving mother, Virginia McMillian of Newburgh; one sister, Debra McMillian of Newburgh; cousin Janet Caffery of Wallkill; several nieces and nephews; other relatives, and many friends. In addition to his father, his brother Edward Curry and his sister, Joann McMillian, predeceased Richard. Visitation will be Thursday, October 25, 2007 from 10:30-10:45 a.m. at Rhodes Funeral Homes Chapel, 259 Walsh Ave., New Windsor N.Y. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery, New Windsor. Rhodes Funeral Homes has been entrusted with professional arrangements.
