It´s hard for me to believe that it´s been 15 years since you´ve left us. FIFTEEN YEARS. I wasn´t even 15 years old when you passed. It fills my heart with so much comfort and so much pride to know that you´re still thought of fondly by people outside of the family. I think of you every single day, Dad. I talk to you all the time. I know you´re still listening. I love you big as the world, Daddy.

Growing up as a teenager in Sunnyside, Joe (Joey, as I knew him then)was one of my better friends. We always seemed to compete against each other in touch football, stick ball, softball, and even on occasion, girls. He even liked the Mets and Red Sox which rivals my Yankees. Through it all, we had always remained good friends, I don't ever remember even having an argument with him. I wish we could have stayed in contact more through the years as we went on to lead our separate lives. Everyone that has met Joe through the years will be at a loss and will miss him dearly. My deepest sympathy to Pam, Kimberly, Kelly, and the rest of the Hall family.

Dear Pam, Kelly & Kim
I was sorry that I could not talk to you Saturday, but I understand that it was very trying and you feel like you are in a fog and just going through the motions. I know this is a very difficult time in your lives, losing someone so very dear to you all. Joe was such a great guy, always a smile on his face and a story to tell about you and the girls and the dog too. He loved you all very much. We spent a few years together at CAZ and for my part I will NEVER forget him, he is in my prayers always. Be strong and as the months pass it will get a little easier (believe me) you will never, never forget but there will always be that ache in your heart. Just thank God you have the girls, they will help you as you them get through this difficult time.
Love,
Nancy

Dear Pamela, Kimberly & Kelly -
Joe held a deep and joyful spirit in matters of his family. You were his light and it was evident to see. May his spirit always live within you -- as it does for the people he touched.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
May God bless you.

I worked with Joe for 6 years and in that time he proved to be a great person inside and out. His adoration for the 3 girls in his life was beyond words (Pam, Kelly, & KIm) I remember he always played a little grey picture frame on his desk which had a recording from his girls to him. I'm truly sorry for your loss but as I've suffered my own loss (my mom) I realize that when God needs his ANGELS - they must respond with heavy hearts they go but knowing that one day - we'll all meet again. For Kelly and Kimberly - you were the most important people in his world, for Pam - you were and always will be his inspiration. He's your guardian angel now. We will all truly miss him.
