To Tony and Prabha,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Jayadevi's sudden passing. I remember her as a shining light in all my interactions with her. I know that this is a deep loss to you both and hope that the joy of having known her eases the sadness.
The news of her sudden death has given a sharpness to my own spiritual practice. This has been a reminder of my own priority to let my light shine in all my daily activities to make this a better world in whatever time I have left. This is part of Jayadevi's legacy.
Sending my love and blessings,
Richard Hartzell

Dear Tony and Prabha,
Tony , I passed you briefly in the Post Office the other day and I was unaware that Jayadevi had left, physically, and I want to express my deepest sympathy to both you and to Prabha and to Jayadevi's parents. I can only imagine how much you must miss her. My experiences of Jayadevi were enthusiastic, good humored and unfailingly optimistic. My blessings to you both and to Jayadevi and her parents that the love that you have and the love that you have experienced for each other delivers you to the experience of the love that allways embraces us.
Bright lights continue to shine by there own light and through the light that have left in us.
with love

We offer our deepest symnpathy to Tony, Prabha and Jayadevi's family for their loss, and pray that they will be buoyed up by the loving spirit that is, and was, Jayadevi. We will always treasure her in our hearts for her all-embracing love that was always manifest in her delightful, welcoming smile. We celebrate the wonderful times we shared with her in Oakland and the great joy she expressed when she became a mother. May she ever continue to inspire us all with her love and devotion
