Nannie,Maria,Diane,Tonijean,Jerry, Michael,Diana. Words can not express my deepest sympathy in this time of great sorrow. You are all in my prayers and thoughts. Poppa truly was a wonderful man and I will never forget the wonderful times I shared with him. Poppa always treated me like one of his grandchildren and I loved him like my own grandfather. May you all find peace and comfort knowing that he is looking down on all of you from heaven. I pray that God gives you all strength and embraces you in this sad time.

Life has taken us all on different paths; (to different parts of the country and of the world), but that has not changed the extremely strong bond our large family has- this bond in conjunction with all of the wonderful memories we will treasure & continue to share with each other will aid in the healing process and provides a tremendous support system at this heartbreaking time.

I will never forget all of the great memories I have of Uncle Tony- the crabbing and early morning clamming expeditions, riding on the tube behind the boat, 3 wheeled bicycle rides all over Mastic until our little kid legs and butts were sore trying to keep up with him, and of course the sound of his contagious laughter- when biting the head of a fish or worms as he watched us run away screaming, his laughter at the sight of Sean’s extreme lobster-esque sun burn, the laughter at our collective inability to gain sea legs when fluke fishing, and the laughter at the holidays we used to share during unique gift.

These memories I shall treasure forever- Uncle Tony you will be greatly missed!

All my love and sincere condolences-

Word can't say what is in my heart about Pop Roc. I will always remember the things he has done for me and the things he taught me, he made me laugh, he gave his shoulder when I needed someone to lean on , he opened his home to me when he did not know me, he just loved me for who I am He wished the best in everything I do, He was the father I never got to know. He had a heart made of gold, I am so blessed to have known him. Ma Roc, Jerry, Maria,Di,Toni you are in my thoughts and prayers, have peace knowing he is with out pain and that he is with the Lord telling his fishing stories.
