Leticia Jones Obituary

Newburgh, NY - Leticia Jones, of Newburgh, entered into rest on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh Campus. She was 84.

She was born on September 19, 1923 in New York City, and was married to her loving husband David Jones, who predeceased her in 2000.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be forever in our hearts. Her spirit and faith will always continue to inspire all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Allan D. Jones and her daughter Doris Steele, both of Newburgh; grandchildren, Allan D. Jones Jr., Casey Jones, Kristen E. Steele and Benjamin Steele III.

There will be no visitation.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 10 at St. Mary's Church, Newburgh. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newburgh.
