Roselyn White-Bauer Obituary

Rock Tavern, NY - Roselyn C. (Welch) White-Bauer, a long-time resident of the area, died on Friday, December 7, 2007 at home. She was 87.

The daughter of Emil & Lena Welch, she was born on February 5, 1920 in the Bronx. Roselyn was a crossing guard.

She is survived by: her husband, John D. Bauer; daughter, Carol and her husband Kenneth Haartje; step-daughter, Donna Bauer; step-son, David Bauer; one sister, Earlene Roller; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Her daughter, Roselyn Shook, predeceased her.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 11 from 5-8 p.m. at the David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North St., Washingtonville, N.Y. with a service to follow at 8 p.m. Cremation will be private.

Arrangements are under the direction of Thomas A. Murray of the David T. Ferguson Funeral Home. 845-496-9106
