Helen and I are sorry to learn of Bill's passing. What a wonderful man! He was as much Goshen as anyone ever has been. He contributed so much to the life of our village and beyond. Never to be forgotten...

My heartfelt sympathy to all the Finan Children. I have so many wonderful memoriew of your Dad and your Mom. I feel as if part of my life has died with their passing...The New Year's Day parties, the skiing trips and just sharing our lives. When I think of your Dad I will always remember him as the perfect gentleman. When I think of your Mom, I think of a dedicated, fun loving, work oriented, faithful wife. They were great and South Street has lost another wonderful couple. I will write to you soon. My love and prayers, Joanne O'Connor

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Finan family. Mr. Finan and his wife Tomi were exceptional people and very kind to us as kids. They were lovely neighbors for many years and avid supporters of us as former Boy Scouts (Tom Watt) and Girl Scouts. He will be missed.
Sincerely,
Barbara, Katee, Eddee and Patrick Degan

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself … any man’s death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
