I worked with Elaine in the old Wardley days. We also played on the softball team, and even hit the slopes a few times. I was so saddened to hear about this. Elaine was seriously one of the coolest people I have ever met. She was always so up and such a great friend to hang out with. I have memories of many fun times with her that I will never forget. I am so sorry to hear of all of your losses I know she will be deeply missed!

Mike and family, This is Wendy Young from Seagull Book. You know I worked with her for over 2 years and came to call her friend. I am so sorry for your loss, I just found out today, I had emailed her back in December wondering what was going on. I am so sorry for your loss, what a tragic event. Please accept my heartfelt condolences in getting through this tough time in your lives. You are in my prayers always and may the Lord give you comfort.

Dear Mike,
I can not express how sorry I am for your loss. Elaine was truly amazing. She was such a firecracker -I just never knew what she was going to come out with. Often, she cracked me up!
I worked with her at Wardley 10 years ago on Eunice's team. She was my "sunshine" as no matter how stressed or bad a day I may have been having she always made me smile & laugh. Her sense of humor & sound of her laugh often had tears of laughter spurting from me. My favorite thing about her was watching her get excited for spring to go camping with you & her beloved dogs. If you had a dollar for every time I heard "Mike, Mike, Mike" - you'd never have to work again! I am left with the memory of how awesome it is that her family & passion for the outdoors ALWAYS came first-work was a secondary thing & not to stress over. It seemed as if she lived her life to the FULLEST & how SHE wanted to -not others. I only hope in time you & your children & all of your families may be comforted by each others memories & know we will see her again-up around the bend in the road, she'll be waiting for you. I will never forget her. I will think of her each time I hear the Chili Peppers!
You have a very special angel now.
Lots of Prayers & Love to you and all of yours.

Mike and family, I am very sorry for your loss. This has been a very tough 8-9 months for you. I saw you go from trying everything possible for Elaine, to accepting how unfair life can be at times. I admire you for your determination and courage through this tough time. The next couple of years are going to continue to test your strength and I hope you will call on me if you need anything. My deepest condolences. Brent and Claudia Dall
