Kim Van Dyke Obituary

Springfield Kim Norman Van Dyke, age 55 years, passed away Saturday, March 29, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston following a long illness. Born in Brockton, he was a son of Thurston and Barbara (Terriel) Van Dyke of West Bridgewater. Mr. Van Dyke was raised and educated in West Bridgewater and had been a resident of the Springfield area for the past 20 years. He was employed as a carpenter and was a member of the carpenter's union for many years. He enjoyed spending time watching his daughter's sporting and theatrical activities. In addition to his parents, his two daughters, Lindsay and Kendra Van Dyke, both of Ludlow; and his brothers, Jeffrey Van Dyke of Chicopee, Michael Van Dyke of Milford, Brian Van Dyke of West Bridgewater and Steven Van Dyke, survive him. Memorial visitation will be held Wednesday, April 9, from 5-8 p.m. in the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 647 Main St., Brockton. Burial has been omitted. Kim took my parents wedding pictures on 9/18/70 and Steven was his best man. I am trying to contact family and send my deepest condolences about Kim's passing. Stacey (I am leaving my dad's info in hopes someone from the family can contact him).
