Leonard Graf Obituary

Easton Leonard W. Graf Jr., of Easton died Monday, April 21, 2008, at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was 98 years old. He was born in Quincy, son of the late Leonard W. and Sarah E. (Dixon) Graf. Husband of the late Sophie A. (Kybartas) Graf; father of Owen Graf of South Dennis, Stuart Graf of Norton, Leonard W. Graf III of West Bridgewater and Carol Leonard of Easton; brother of the late Charles Graf; brother-in-law of Carol Graf of South Carolina; grandfather of Scott Graf of Yarmouthport, Susan Graf of South Dennis and Ashland, Leonard W. Graf IV of Holbrook, Edward Harrington of Brockton, Keith Harrington of West Bridgewater and Joanne Teacutter of Green, Maine. Leonard worked as a mortgage officer for the South Boston Savings Bank. Together with his family owned and operated a farm in Easton. He enjoyed sailing. Calling hour Saturday, April 26, from 10-11 a.m. in the Copeland-MacKinnon Funeral Home, 38 Center St., Easton, a funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment in Furnace Village Cemetery, Easton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leonards memory to the Friends of Dennis Recreation, Inc., c/o the Sailing Program, P.O. Box 518, South Dennis, MA 02660.
