Marilyn and Family, Our thought and prayers are with you and are with Charlie too. We think of Charlie as a very good friend who helped us when we needed it the most. Coming here from Houston 22 years ago. I know he is up there talking Union business with Ralph Valero and other Union people trying to figure out how to turn the tide of what is going on. May the good Lord bless him and your family in your time of need.

Mr. Dugan,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during the Cold War. Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow servicemen stood ready to defend our Country. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
