RoseAnne Sawyer

Hanson RoseAnne (Dunham) Sawyer, lifelong resident of Hanson, died unexpectedly, Friday, June 20, 2008, at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. She was 64 years old. She was born in Brockton, daughter of the late Roy E. and Beatrice P. (Keene) Dunham. She was the loving wife of Frank C. Sawyer of Hanson; beloved mother of Jennifer R. Sawyer and her fiance James Lumi of Hanson and the late Amy Elizabeth Sawyer; sister of Ralph B. Dunham of Arizona and the late R. Edward Dunham. RoseAnne was a pre-school teacher at the Kennedy-Donovan Center in Foxboro for 20 years. She was also a member of the First Congregational Church in Hanson, where she was the superintendent of the church Sunday school program. Calling hours Tuesday, June 24, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home, 4 West Washington St. (at Rte. 58), Hanson. A funeral service will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the First Congregational Church in Hanson, 639 High St., Hanson. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment at a later date in Fern Hill Cemetery, Hanson.
