Marion Flynn Obituary

Brockton Marion (Libby) (Sullivan) Flynn, 91 years, of Brockton, died June 24, 2008, after a period of failing health. Born in North Adams, daughter of the late Henry and Marion (Blandin) Libby, she made her home in Brockton since the age of 8 and attended Brockton schools. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved her home and family. Mrs. Flynn enjoyed music and loved dancing. She is survived by her two sons, William H. Sullivan of Holbrook and Thomas E. Sullivan of Brockton. She was the wife of the late Daniel J. Sullivan and Robert J. Flynn, mother of the late Daniel J. Sullivan Jr. and Margaret L. Rose and she was the sister of the late Clarence E. Libby. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St. (Rte. 123), Brockton, Friday at 10 a.m. Burial in Milton Cemetery, Milton.
