Mr. Morey,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USN during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Uncle Joe was my Dad's best friend, and next to missing Dad & my Grandparents, I'll miss Uncle Joe & Aunt Marion the most. Their warmth, love & humor will remain with me always. And if you listen very closely, I'm sure you can hear the laughter and feel the joy coming from the reunion that was just held in heaven.

Trying to express the feelings our family has for Joe Morey is a great challenge. He was adored by our children when they were young...the closest thing to a grandfather a child could have and those feelings have continued throughout the years. On July 5th a heartfelt discussion was had about Joe with our son Jonathan and we didn't know he had passed. We all spoke often of Joe with love and respect and humor. Having Joe and Marion in our lives was a wonderful experience. He will be greatly missed. We all loved him.
