Una M. Lynch

Easton Una M. (Keene) Lynch, of Kingston, formerly of Easton, Avon and Brockton, died on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth. She was 92 years old. She was born in Brockton. Daughter of the late Charles F. and Lois M. (DePatra) Keene. Loving wife of the late John T. Lynch. Beloved mother of John "Jack" F. Lynch and his wife Mary Jane of Kingston. Devoted grandmother of Jennifer Pereira and her husband Daniel of Beverly, Amy Bishop and her husband Brian of Athens, Ga., and Adam Lynch of Plymouth. Great grandmother of Connor Houston Bishop and Riley Jane Pereira. Sister of Frederick R. Keene of Pa., the late Robert Keene and Francis Keene, and sister-in-law of Barbara Arsenault of Scarborough, Maine. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Una was raised in Avon, attended Avon Schools and the Brockton Business College. She was a former member of the Brockton's Women's Club. She retired from John Hancock Insurance Company, Brockton office in 1986. She was a volunteer at the Woodridge Nursing Home in Brockton. Una enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, reading, braiding rugs, and spending time with friends and family. Funeral from the Copeland-MacKinnon Funeral Home 38 Center St., EASTON, Saturday, July 12, at 10 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church, Main St., Easton. Calling hours on Friday, from 4-8 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
