Lillian Mosca Obituary

Middleboro Lillian W. (Fitz-James) Mosca, age 87 years, of Middleboro, died Friday, July 25, 2008, at home, after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late James J. Mosca Sr., who predeceased her on Oct. 2, 1991. Born in Bristol, England, she was a daughter of the late Reginald and Isabell (Stowbert) Fitz-James. She had worked at Bradley's Department Store for many years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Middleboro. Survivors include one son, James and his wife Carol Mosca; one daughter, Carol A Mosca, both of Middleboro; two grandchildren, Christine Nemes of Middleboro, Annemarie Lambe of Dublin, Ireland; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held from the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak St., Middleboro, Monday, July 28, at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at Sacred Heart Church, 340 Centre St., Middleboro, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours, to which relatives and friends are invited to attend, will be held Sunday from 4-7 p.m. Burial will take place in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
