Barbara Robicheau Obituary

Stoughton Barbara F. (Disnard) Robicheau, 86, died Thursday, at the McLean Nursing Home in Simsbury, Conn., after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Robicheau. Born in Norwood, she was a graduate of Norwood Schools. She was a World War II veteran of the Womens Air Corps. Mrs. Robicheau was a resident of Stoughton for many years, before moving to Connecticut in 1988. She worked for First National Stores as a meat packer for over 12 years, then at Brockton Edison for over 10 years and also at Randolph Savings Bank for five years. In her free time, she enjoyed knitting and gardening. She is survived by her children, Diane Tousignant of Pennsylvania, Suzanne Walczer of Connecticut, Robert A. Robicheau Jr. of Stoughton, Peter Robicheau and Joseph Robicheau, both of Maine. She was the sister of Mary Sheehan of Foxboro, Theresa Provost of Natick, Lawrence Disnard of Michigan and the late Paul Disnard and Alfred Disnard. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Funeral Prayers will be offered in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rte. 27), Stoughton, Wednesday, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Tuesday, 5-8 p.m. Donations in Barbaras name may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368.
