Helen Cuff Obituary

Holbrook Helen A. (Mitchell) Cuff, a lifelong resident of Holbrook, died Aug. 28 at Braemoor Nursing Home in Brockton, after a period of failing health. She was 85. Helen worked as an assembler at Dymo Machines Co. in Randolph for 15 years, retiring many years ago. She was very active in St. John's Episcopal Church where she was a member of the Women's Guild, the Alter Guild and taught Sunday school. Beloved wife of the late Robert G. Cuff Sr.; mother of Robert G. Cuff Jr. of Palm Coast, Fla. and Judy A. Bettencourt of Stoughton; sister of the late C. Robert Mitchell, Gertrude Grant and Florence Olson; grandmother of Diana Cuff and Brian, Mark and Daryl Bettencourt. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Allison, Scott, Cameron, Harrison, Jarred, Abigail and James Bettencourt Funeral services will be held in St. John's Episcopal Church, Holbrook, Tuesday at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Monday, 3-6 p.m. in the Hurley Funeral Home, 127 South Franklin St. (Rte. 37), Holbrook, interment Union Cemetery, Holbrook. Donations in Helen's memory may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church Memorial Fund, 322 South Franklin St., Holbrook, MA 02343.
