Esther Botelho Obituary

PLYMOUTH Esther T. (Silva) Botelho, of Plymouth, died Oct. 2. She was the loving mother of Wayne Botelho, Ronald Botelho, John Botelho, Brenda Robidoux, Jane Halle, Lorraine Ferreira and Terry Furtado, all of Plymouth; devoted grandmother of nine; and great-grandmother of 16. Born in Plymouth, Aug. 16, 1917, a daughter of the late Joseph and Gloria (Motta) Silva, she was educated in Plymouth schools. She was a member of the Portuguese Civic League, Holy Ghost Society, Jolly Girls and was a Den mother. Funeral from the Cartmell Funeral Home, 150 Court St., Plymouth, Monday, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in St. Marys Church, Plymouth, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Sunday from 4-7 p.m. only. Burial in St. Josephs Cemetery, Plymouth. Memorial donations may be made to St. Marys Church, 313 Court St., Plymouth, MA 02360. Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Knowing dad is their with you and you with him brings me peace I miss you grandma and dad please keep watching over me and my daughter I wish you could of met her she would have loved you so much and I know you would of loved her just as much right back I miss you immensely and one day when my time comes I can’t wait to catch up with you and dad, I love you and I miss you.
