Mr. O'Rourke,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served during the Cold War in the USN as a member of Attack Squadron 34 aboard the JFK(CV-67). Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow servicemen stood ready to defend our Country. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

My sincene condolences to the whole family. I still have the plants in my garden that he gave me years ago. Every time they come up in the spring I think of him and remember his deep voice and quick wit. He's a good man and has left two lovely children as his legacy. He will be greatly missed.
