Alice Petti Obituary

BROCKTON Alice A. (Leach) Petti, 93, died at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center, in Brockton, Sunday, Dec. 7, after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Albert C. Petti Sr. Born and educated in Halifax, she resided in Brockton for many years, before moving to West Bridgewater from 1986-2003, where she resided at Matfield Woods. She returned to Brockton in 2003. Mrs. Petti was a homemaker. She was a former member of the Matfield Woods Association. Mrs. Petti enjoyed baking for the holidays and spending time with her family. Mrs. Petti is survived by her children, Albert C. Petti Jr. and his wife Patricia of Easton and Richard W. Chico Petti and his wife Patricia of Sharon, formerly of Brockton. She was the sister of the late Charlotte Veronesi, Dorothy Holmes and William Leach. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rte. 27), Stoughton, Thursday, at 8:45 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at St. Anns Church, West Bridgewater, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Wednesday, 5-8 p.m. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Brockton.
