Eleanor T. Nuovo EAST BRIDGEWATER Eleanor T. Nuovo, of East Bridgewater, wife of Michael Nuovo, died at home, Friday, June 12, after a long illness. She was 81 years old. She was a daughter of the late Theresa V. (Cooper) and Joseph Feeney; and sister of the late George Feeney. Eleanor was the niece of the late Catherine Melville; aunt of the late Joseph Nouvo Jr.; and sister-in-law of Joseph Nuovo Sr. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Marjorie D. Brooks of East Providence, R.I.; and step-granddaughters, Abby and Amy Brooks, also of East Providence, R.I.; a niece, Fedela Nuovo; and sisters-in-law, Lucille Hopkins and Cesira Nouvo. She was educated in Rockland schools and employed by F. W. Woolworth for 44 years. Eleanor enjoyed watching television and her hobby of cross-stitching and knitting. She also enjoyed many years of trailer camping and outdoor activities with her husband along with short getaways at various motels in Cape Cod and New Hampshire.
