Survivors include his wife, Della Denise Perkins; two brothers, Michael and Elaine Perkins of East Bridgewater, and David Perkins of Brockton, Mass.; two stepsons, Christopher and Michelle Kemp of Naylor and Joshua Kemp of Providence, R.I.; three grandchildren, Sean Kemp of Largo, Fla., and Kristen and Emma Kemp of Naylor; his brothers-in-law, Phillip Nickerson of Weymouth, Mass., George and Lisa Nickerson of Quincy, Mass., Kempton and Carol Nickerson of Osterville, Mass., and Alva and Shirley Garron of Nova Scotia, Canada. His nieces and nephews include, Jacob and Seth Perkins, Carla and Audra Nickerson and numerous others in his extended family. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Perkins. There will be a celebration of Floyd's life on Saturday, Dec. 8, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the East Bridgewater Commercial Club, 1 Neilson Ave., East Bridgewater. Della and family hope all friends and family will stop by and share this with them.
