Francis E. Kelley Brockton Francis E. "Frank" Kelley, 90, of Brockton, Nov. 30. Beloved husband of Mary S. (Walker) Kelley; loving father of Ann F. Garland of Brockton, Florence E. Breckner of Florida, Kevin W. Kelley of Florida, William F. Kelley (and his wife Kathy) of Bellingham, Mary Jane Malinowski (and her husband James) of Brockton, Thomas S. Kelley (and his wife Helen) of Brockton and John W. Kelley (and his wife Susan) of Avon. All are welcome to calling hours Tuesday 4-8 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, and funeral Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. from Waitt Funeral Home to funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael Church and burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Avon. Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
