Mildred Coyne Obituary

Hingham Mildred L. (MacKenzie) Coyne, of Hingham died peacefully after a brief illness on Monday, April 21, 2008 at the age of 98. Mildred graduated from the Massachusetts College of Art and taught in the Marshfield and Foxboro school systems. Mildred continued to paint after retirement and also traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe. Mildred was the wife of the late Thomas F. Coyne, and the mother of Thomas Coyne and his wife Karen of Pensacola, FL, David Coyne and wife Nancy of Scituate, and Kathleen Coyne and husband Robert Parlee of Hingham and the late Michael Coyne of Sandia Park, NM. Mildred is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Private Memorial service and interment will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Richard Cole Minehan Foundation, c/o Scituate Federal Savings Bank, 72 Front Street Scituate, MA 02066.
