Beverly Quilty-Tinkham Obituary

Cohasset Beverly R. Quilty-Tinkham, RN, age 75, of Cohasset and Bonita Springs, FL., died peacefully at her daughters home in Hingham on Sunday, May 25, 2008. Born in Bridgeport, CT. Beverly was raised in Fairfield, CT. She was a graduate of Lauralton Hall in Connecticut and St. Vincents School of Nursing in Bridgeport, CT. Beverly was a member of Hatherly Country Club in Scituate and Pelican Nest Golf Club in Bonita Springs, FL. Beverly is the beloved wife of Howard Tinkham and the mother of Jay Quilty of Yardley, PA., Chris Quilty of Mechanicsburg, PA., Peter Quilty of Sheffield, MA, Susan Quilty Roy of Hingham, and Kevin Quilty of Hingham. She is the stepmother of Andrea Tinkham of Hookset, NH and the sister of William Bonney, JR. of South Carolina and Richard Bonney of North Carolina. Beverly is also survived by 13 grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, May 30 at 10 a.m. in St. Anthonys Church, Cohasset. Interment Private. Visiting hours 4-8 p.m. Thursday at McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St. (across from St. Anthonys Church), Cohasset. To Jay, Chris, Peter, Susan and Kevin... You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Your Mom was a great lady and she will be missed. I have many fond memories of her from when I was growing up and will hold them dear to my heart. You have my sincerest condolences.
