Dorothy M. Jones

Kingston Dorothy M. Jones, 94, of Kingston, MA, formerly of Rochester, NH passed away June 12, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Claremont NH, where she grew up next door to her husband, Dr. Kenneth J. Jones, they were married for 65 years and together in life for 75. The strength of her commitment to her family and her husband is a testament to her character. Dorothy assisted her husband in developing his medical practice in Rochester, NH. She kept a beautiful home, apprecated the finer things in life and was well traveled. She is survived by her son Kenneth J. Jones, Jr. of Rochester, NH and his wife Margery L. Jones, and her daughter Deborah E. Harrington-Podbelski of Marshfield and her husband Frederick W. Podbelski. She is also survived by grandchildren, Carey E. Jones, Diana M. Scolponeti and her husband John L. and Emily M. Harrington. Grandmother of the late James K. Harrington. She is also survived by a great-grandson Alden James Scolponeti and two nieces Peg Kummerer and Jane Ellen Ramee. Services are private. Arrangements by MacDonald Funeral Home, Marshfield, MA.
