Margaret Erickson Obituary

Weymouth Margaret A. Erickson, 89, of Weymouth and Cotuit, died June 16, 2008, in Bedford after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Victor E. Erickson. Born in Boston, MA; she was the daughter of the late Ernst and Dagmar (Karlsson) Granlund. She is survived by her children Roy V. Erickson and his wife Anne of West Simsbury, CT and Margaret Dorsey and her husband Charles of Peabody. She was the proud and cherished grandmother of David, Daniel and Lauren Erickson and Lytta Dorsey. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Carolyn Granlund of Orleans and several nieces and nephews. The family thanks the staff of Carlton-Willard Village for the excellent care they provided. Family and friends are cordially invited to the Graveside Service on Saturday, June 28 at 11 a.m. in Westwood Cemetery, High and Nathan Sts., Westwood. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Employee Appreciation Fund, Carlton-Willard Homes, 100 Old Billerica Rd., Bedford, MA 01730. Arrangements under the direction of Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home of Stoneham.
