Elizabeth Buote Obituary

Marshfield Elizabeth A. Betty (Kelly) Buote, June 7, 90 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Harold F. Buote, Sr., loving mother of Harold F. Buote, Jr. and his wife Dorothy of Norway, Maine, Janice Henderson and her husband Jack of Plymouth, Annmarie Cannon and her husband Lee of Kingston, Donna Tenore of Marshfield, Cheryl Payson and her husband Rick of Marshfield, and Christine Coveney and her husband Rory of Pembroke. Also survived by 14 grandchildren an d 13 great grandchildren. Sister of Theresa McKinney of Millis, Marjorie Davis of California, Md. Rita Cady of Millis, Francis Kelley of Sandwich and Edward Kelly of Dedham. Elizabeth was born in Boston, childhood was in Jamaica Plain, lived in Marshfield since 1958 and formerly of Dedham. She and her late husband were owners of the former Jims Pizza in Marshfield, Hewarts Cove Snack Bar in Hingham and the Clam Haven in Humarock. Previously she had been a bookkeeper for the Lord Fox Restaurant in Foxboro. Funeral Mass in St. Christines Church, Marshfield on Saturday, June 28, at 10:00 a.m. Private family burial service was held. Contributions in her memory may be made to Cranberry Hospice, 16 Cordage Park Circle, Plymouth, MA. 02360. Arrangements by the Mac Donald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St. (Rte 139) Marshfield.
