Dear McNeil Family,
Like so many others, I worked with Mike at BMC for many years. Mike had such a gift for helping and caring. He will be missed by staff and patients alike. I always loved the way he spoke of his family and knew how much you all meant to him. My sincerest condolences.

To The McNeil Family,
My father has spoken to Mike so many times on the telephone and never had the opportunity to meet him. My father was a patient of the BMC through the outpatient program. Mike would call my dad and tell him how much medication to take. We just today found out about Mike's passing and are so shocked and sad. Even though we never met Mike...he was a very important part of my father' life and we are very greatful that he was there for our dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family during this very difficult time.

Dear McNeil Family,
I was a coworker of Mike's at BMC. Since I started at BMC 4 years ago, Mike went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. He has always been highly regarded by both his patients and coworkers. Mike will be missed here at BMC. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family.
