Carol F. Lane

Weymouth Carol F. (Larson) Lane, a retired home health aide, died Sunday, June 22 at Colonial Rehabilitation and Nursing Center after a short illness. She was 76 years old. Born and raised in Milton, she was a graduate of Milton High School. For many years she worked as a restaurant hostess, first at Logan Airport and later at Lambias in Weymouth. She has been a home health aide for several years. Mrs. Lane was a Weymouth resident for 47 years and was an avid Tom Jones fan. Loving mother of Holly Johnston of Weymouth, Rosalie ONeil of Quincy and the late Brad McColgan. Sister of the late June L. Murphy. Carol is also survived by seven grandchildren. Funeral Service at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, MILTON, Saturday, June 28 at 10:30 AM, officiated by Rev. Gloria Carlson. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM.
