John DeWolf Obituary

Duxbury John (Jack) Davies DeWolf, 65, died suddenly on June 25, 2008. He was the son of the late John H. and Helen L. (Snider) DeWolf. He lived in Duxbury the majority of his life. Jack worked for the Duxbury Public Schools as a custodian for the last 30 years. He was a devoted father and loving grandfather. A member of the Marshfield Elks Club and Post 223 American Legion Color Guard. Jack took great pride in carrying the American Flag during Memorial Day and July 4th Celebrations. Mr. DeWolf is survived by his daughter, Annette and her husband Tim White of Plymouth, his son John and his wife Gina of Niagra Falls NY, his son Daniel of Greenwich, NY and his daughter- in- law Terri, of Kingston. His sister Sally and her husband Tom Dempsey of Duxbury and ten grandchildren, Candace, Brendan, Juliana and Hannah White; Adrianna, Courtney, Jake and Joey DeWolf; Andrew and Emily DeWolf. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, June 29th from 4 - 8:00 p.m. at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St. (Rt. 106) Kingston. A Graveside service will be held at a later date.
