To the "Quincy Cousins"
we are saddened to hear about Frank. He was such a great guy. We are so glad that we were able to have the pleasure of his company (and the rest of the D'Amore side of the family) at our impromptu reunion a while back. Our thought, prayers and sympathy are with you all at this difficult time.

Mrs. D'Amore: I beleive we met a few times when Frank was in the National Guard. Frank was my supervisor when he was in the 2-181 (M) Infantry in Whitensville. I also worked with Frank when he was in FEMA. I was on a few disasters with him. I shall miss Frank he was a good boss, teacher and friend. My sympathies to you and family.

Jean,
I am so glad I was able to contact you and Frank about a month ago. I cherish the email he sent me.
I appreciate all the years seeing you two at yacht club functions.
I especially appreciate the short time I worked for COL D'Amore and the friendship we formed.
May he rest in peace. Now heaven has a powerboater in my husband, John, and a sailor in Frank.
Take care and life does go on Jean. Your children and grandchildren will be of great comfort.

To Jean, Jim, John, Paul and Patricia and the entire D"Amore family I would like to offer my most heartfelt sympathy on the loss of Frank. I have always had the greatest respect and admiration for Mr. D'Amore and will remember his kindnesses to me especially his involvment with us in boyscouts. If a man is judged by the family he leaves behind then Frank was a great man. He and you are in my thoughts and prayers and those of the entire Wilson family.

An Irish Funeral Prayer
Death is nothing at all.
It does not count.
I have only slipped away into the next room.
Everything remains as it was.
The old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged.
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by the old familiar name.
Speak of me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no sorrow in your tone.
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effort
Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was.
There is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner.
All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before.
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting, when we meet again.
