James Hall Obituary

Braintree James A. Hall of Braintree passed away on July 2,2008 at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth with his family by his side. He was born in Quincy and lived most of his life in Braintree. He proudly served in the Massachusetts Army national Guard and was a shipfitter at the Quincy Shipyard for many years until it was closed in 1986. James was an experienced handyman and enjoyed nothing more than the company of his family. He leaves behind his devoted wife Joan Marie (Peterson) Hall and his children Leslie M. of Weymouth, Timothy J. of Plant City, FL. James M. of Hanover, Shawn J. of Hanson and his precious daughter Kimberly L. McCabe of Chelsea. Beloved brother of Robert Hall of Braintree, Barbara Metzger of Thurman, NY, the late William Hall and the late David Hall. Loving grandfather of Timothy, Scott, Sheridan, Emily and Addison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed. Memorial visiting hours will be held at the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., Weymouth Landing on Monday, July 14 from 6 until 9 pm. All friends and family are welcome to attend.
