Margaret L. Orr

Braintree Margaret L. (Carbone) Orr, 80 years of age, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at the John Scott Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Braintree. She was born in Saugus, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mae (Kahler) Carbone. She was a graduate of Saugus High School. She lived in Hyde Park before moving to Braintree. She was the wife of the late Robert E. Orr, who died in 1993. Loving mother of Mary Duggan of North Attleboro and Robert B. Orr, married to Christina (Gomes) Orr of Braintree. She is the grandmother of six grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Sister of Gloria Winter of Salem, Shirley Hume and Irene Forte, both of Saugus. A Catholic Prayer Service will be held at the Mortimer N. Peck-Russell Peck Funeral Home, 516 Washington Street, BRAINTREE, on Monday, July 21st at 11:30 A.M. Burial will follow at the Masachussetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
