Hubert MacLean Obituary

Quincy Hubert J., Ret. QPD of Quincy died July 20, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Sue (Giusti) MacLean. Devoted father of Carol Lewis of Medford, Doug MacLean of Randolph, Arleen Derbes of Quincy, Ken MacLean of Hull, Sharon MacLean of Exeter, R.I., Lois Roark of Plymouth, and the late Lorraine Jones formerly of Medfield. Loving brother of Florence Graustein of Malden, and the late Lester MacLean and the late Gertrude Spicer. Hubert is lovingly survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Hubert was a Police Officer for the City of Quincy for over 30 years retiring in the early 1980's. He was a lifetime member of the Quincy Elks, a member of the Quincy Policeman's Union, and Bowling League in his younger years. Hubert was an avid sports fan for all the local teams, especially the Red Sox and Patriots. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Thursday at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM.
