I can still hear you playing your beautiful music on the piano, Clara.
It was magical.
I think of you often and miss you especially when I hear a piano playing. Keep playing your inspiring music in Heaven.

I took piano lessons from Mrs. Carmichael in Milton starting at an early age. She had also taught my father.
She was a kind and caring person whom I remember fondly.
My condolences to her family and friends.

I am saddened to learn of Clara Carmichael's passing. She was my piano teacher from 1964-1975. I always admired her talent and wished I could find a teacher of similar excellence for my daughter. There is no one that could match my respect and admiration for Dr. Carmichael. She will always be in my thoughts, prayers and continued conversations about my childhood and I will always consider her the best piano teacher!
