Edward Dunlea Obituary

Duxbury Edward T. Dunlea, of Duxbury, formerly of Marshfield and Carver, August 3, at the age of 98, beloved husband of the late Clarissa (Parlon) Dunlea. Dear father of Mary Dempsey of Salem, N.H., Susan Latta of Marshfield, Judith Clinch of Everett and the late Virginia Zirpolo of Marshfield. Also survived by l2 grandchildren and l5 great-grandchildren. Ed was born in Somerville and graduated from Somerville High School. He was the retired owner of the Bell Rock Market in Malden for 40 years. Ed was a member of the Town of Marshfield Board of Appeals from l98l to l985. He was a 4th degree Knights of Columbus, Cardinal Spellman; A charter member of Myles Standish Council #6649 Marshfield, A past two time Grand Knight; Former member, chairman and director of the Myles Standish Credit Union. Funeral from the MacDonald Funeral Home, l755 Ocean St., Rte. l39, Marshfield, Thursday at 9 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann by The Sea Church, Marshfield at l0 a.m. Visiting hours Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in the Winslow Cemetery, Marshfield.
