Scituate Janet A. (Johnson) Smart, age 71, of Scituate, formerly of Weymouth and Brookline, died August 3, 2008. Janet was the beloved wife of Donald P. Smart and the devoted mother of Sally Miller and her husband, Bob of Connecticut, Gregor C. and husband Robert Surabian of Jamaica Plain, James A. of Scituate, Andrew J. of Fairhaven, Ma., Stacy Styles and her husband, Evan of Stoneham. Janet was the sister of H. Fay Kutz of Oak Park, IL. and the grandmother of Justin Smart, Katy Miller, Matthew and Jesse Styles. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, Scituate Harbor. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 p.m. at the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St. (across from St. Anthonys Church), Cohasset. Interment Rural Cemetery, Southborough, MA.
