Rosemary J. Bartin

Quincy Rosemary J. (Powell) Bartin, formerly of St. Louis, MO, August 3, 2008. Beloved wife of the late William E. Bartin. Loving mother of William M. Bartin of Melrose. Sister of the late James Powell. Rosemary was a professional dancer in the 1930's and 1940's. She was a longtime member of the Daughters of Isabella.
