My prayers go out to the Griffin family. Mrs. Griffin was a wonderful neighbor and mother to one of my best friends growing up. Mrs. G was always kind and generous to "the kid next door". I especially enjoyed tagging along on her many trips to Squaw Rock in Squantum to walk her beloved airedales, Lance and Sarge. I hope her last days were peaceful.

I have many fond memories of Helen Griffin. Chief among them are her Halloween costumes. She delighted in coming up with a costume in which she was totally unrecognizable. Mrs. Griffin had gift for landscaping and flowers and always had a project underway. She was a wonderful neighbor and friend to my mother and father. My thoughts are with all the Griffin siblings, Jane, MaryAnn, Kathy and Bill.
